A dream evening. I had booked through The Fork, expecting to arrive at a "simple" restaurant. What a (very pleasant) surprise we had when we arrived at such an establishment! A magnificent building, impeccable service. Then we entered the restaurant. A unique setting, blending Renaissance and modern styles, simply stunning. Attentive waiters who guided and advised us in the best possible way. A special mention for Francesco, who took excellent care of us throughout this delicious meal. He recommended excellent wines, and in excellent French! And what can I say about the dishes... a unique journey, a wealth of emotions with every bite! A talented young chef! In short, a magical evening.
