The food was exceptionally good, and they had a selection of vegan dishes. The staff was super friendly and attentive! We had a wonderful evening at Gallorosso al Guasco. In the outdoor area, you sit with a view of a beautiful church – a lovely atmosphere!

Located in a charming little square, imbued with an atmosphere that transports you back centuries, this restaurant has everything you need for a romantic dinner of good food and wine. The menu offers many vegetarian and vegan options, and every dish is meticulously crafted and bursts with flavor. Even a simple raw vegetable salad is sure to wow your palate. Every dish has a story to tell, and it's a pleasure to hear it from the always courteous and attentive staff. The desserts will surprise you! Highly recommended!

Andrea con la sua voglia di sperimentare, e sapientemente selezionare e trattare, verdure e materie prime di qualità che non siano "solo carne" riesce a conquistare chi ama la cucina leggera ma saporita. Gessica in sala intrattiene e consiglia, sempre gentile e col sorriso. E' ogni volta piacevole tornare, farsi sorprendere dalle novità di stagione del menù e ritrovare due veri professionisti della ristorazione.
