I always come to this restaurant willingly, especially if I have to celebrate something or treat myself, because the food is really good. The care of the dishes, the refined raw materials, combined with the skill of the chef, makes everything really good, plus you add the kindness and courtesy of all the staff and the beautiful location of Piazza San Francesco. The restaurant also offers delicious vegan dishes, so even vegans and vegetarians can eat special dishes. Recommended for everyone :-)

I don't often go to restaurants because I love going to those where I can eat something different than usual, where the quality of the ingredients combines with the imagination of the combinations, with the art of presenting them and with the intention of bringing traditional recipes back to light. Well at GALLOROSSO I found all this, in addition to a beautiful intimate environment and the kindness of the owners (who served us and the chef).

Ad Ancona per un master, con il gruppo abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante. Personale super gentile e cordiale, piatti molto particolari, io ho assaggiato le tagliatelle al ragù marchigiano che sono davvero buone! Prezzi leggermente alti, però per il tipo di location ci siamo...

Ci siamo fermati durante una breve gita ad Ancona- dovendo smaltire i “postumi Natalizi” ci siamo concentrati su pochi piatti.. un primo per tutti, 2 secondi in 5 e assaggio di 3 dolci; il tutto accompagnato da un’ottima bottiglia di Sottobora.
Tutto veramente ottimo con preparazioni particolari; spiccano:
Tagliatelle au jus- baccalà con riduzione di castagne e patate - prosciutto veramente eccezionale xro’ e’ basilare gustarlo con il suo lardo- tutti i dolci accompagnati da ottimi vini o liquori da dessert.
Servizio ottimo, molto cordiale con amorevole spiegazione dei piatti e dei vini!
Vale il viaggio ad Ancona!!
