Guasco Caffe In Ancona

It was a great experience. I am vegan but my partner also eats meat. In this restaurant there is a wide choice for everyone. About half of the dishes are vegan. We shared an entrée and then each had a first and second course and I must say that every dish was delicious, both the classic dishes like ravioli and the more creative and particular dishes like the chickpea salad. Sometimes it is difficult enough to find vegan dishes, let alone really good vegan dishes. Here I had a wide choice of excellent quality. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant location, in the heart of Ancona, excellent restaurant! Dishes prepared with care and passion, top quality ingredients (hand made pasta). Unbeatable the baked cod, with a stew that invites you to "scarpetta" until the last drop! Very kind and professional, as well as "nice"!

I always come to this restaurant willingly, especially if I have to celebrate something or treat myself, because the food is really good. The care of the dishes, the refined raw materials, combined with the skill of the chef, makes everything really good, plus you add the kindness and courtesy of all the staff and the beautiful location of Piazza San Francesco. The restaurant also offers delicious vegan dishes, so even vegans and vegetarians can eat special dishes. Recommended for everyone :-)

The quality of the ingredients is evident in every single dish. Among all, I recommend trying the cod cappelletti which are an explosion of flavor and aromas. The service was attentive and friendly at every moment of our dinner. I would gladly return

I don't often go to restaurants because I love going to those where I can eat something different than usual, where the quality of the ingredients combines with the imagination of the combinations, with the art of presenting them and with the intention of bringing traditional recipes back to light. Well at GALLOROSSO I found all this, in addition to a beautiful intimate environment and the kindness of the owners (who served us and the chef).

Ad Ancona per un master, con il gruppo abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante. Personale super gentile e cordiale, piatti molto particolari, io ho assaggiato le tagliatelle al ragù marchigiano che sono davvero buone! Prezzi leggermente alti, però per il tipo di location ci siamo...

Location nel centro storico di Ancona, locale piccolo ma molto accogliente. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la ricercatezza dei piatti, ogni piatto ha una sua storia e la filiera dei prodotti scritta nel menù, davvero interessante Buon cibo condito da ottimo servizio e cortesia Consiglio vivamente
