25/10/2025: A restaurant in the heart of Bolzano where everything, from appetizers to dessert, has gluten-free options. The gluten-free dumplings and strudel are delicious. Very attentive and friendly staff. Fast service. Perhaps a little more expensive than usual, but we're in the square, across from the Duomo, so that's understandable.
