27/07/2024: We had the most incredible lunch. Local and traditional foods, definitely one of the best meals we’ve had while travelling in Italy. The handmade pasta with greens was unlike any pasta I’ve had before. Gracious service by the whole family.

08/07/2024: An example of "heroic" catering: outside the traditional tourist itineraries, you have to come there on purpose. But if you pass through these parts, don't miss the opportunity to stop in this ancient tavern. No pre-packaged meals, nothing frozen. Only traditional recipes and local seasonal products. Some dishes you can only taste here (e.g. cecatielli with pulejo) because they require patience for the search and cleaning of wild herbs as well as for the preparation of the pasta by hand.
