Super delicious and creamy flavor! Lovely service. The flavors are on the wall, the gelato is covered (as some gelato purists say it should be). Highly recommend!

I've been to Grom many times in the evenings and always get the lemon gelato, which is delicious. The service and communication with customers are excellent, and the Chinese woman in particular is very friendly and knowledgeable. A beautiful and unique place that you can't miss in Venice!

Good ice cream, with flavor and texture, wonderful service (there was a very friendly Colombian waitress). Not much space to sit and enjoy the ice cream.

27/10/2025: The staff is incredibly friendly, something you wouldn't expect in a shopping center. Plus, the pizza is authentic Romana, aromatic, and crispy. Very kid-friendly. We'd love to come back.
