I remembered this ice cream shop from 20 years ago when I did my Erasmus program here. The ice cream was delicious and there were always people queuing. I was surprised to see the line gone and to see it so different, offering American-style frozen milkshakes. Honestly, it was disappointing and made me feel very sad. However, we had a fleur de leche ice cream, and it wasn't bad, maybe lacking a little creaminess, but still good. The staff was very friendly, but it lacks the essence of years ago...

You can see that there is attention to detail even outside. A special mention goes to the staff, very kind and super helpful. In particular, I recognized a guy who I had seen several times on Grom's official TikTok profile — in person he is even nicer and more professional! He struck me for the calm, precision and enthusiasm with which he explained the flavors to customers. And the idea of ​​the kiosk is also very funny, which the ice cream maker affectionately calls "Ambrogio" 😄 A fun touch that makes the experience even more enjoyable! Ultimately, top quality, welcoming atmosphere and a service that really makes the difference. Congratulations! 👏💙
