Excellent quality ice cream in the center at a reasonable price...Stefano and Giorgia who served us were courteous and extremely helpful, even letting us taste flavors we weren't familiar with and guiding us in our choice :)

The service really isn't up to scratch, it's a bit like working in a factory, especially for a woman who works there and obviously doesn't know anything about hospitality and customer service. A little reminder: not smiling and speaking coldly doesn't increase your salary.

The shop is hidden but is so good! Staff were super kind and even let me practice some Italian words which I very much appreciated. They have exclusively gluten free cones which was the highlight of being there!

Super close to the duomo, and this place is sooooo good. A definite every time I visit Florence. There’s no seating inside but there’s plenty of beautiful views to enjoy nearby.

We are obsessed with this ice cream!!! We have already tried it in Verona and Florence. Wonderful!!!! We like to order the stuffed cone. Me, with pistachios and my husband, with gianduja. Very good!

Excellent ice cream near the Duomo. The queue moves very quickly even though it may seem like you are waiting for hours before being served. Lower prices than other ice cream shops in the center and fair portions. Small cone €3.50. Friendly and courteous staff!! Whoever gives a star deserves the colored ice creams in Via Calzaiuoli

13/08/2024: Fantastic atmosphere in a beautiful setting. The aircon inside made it even more enjoyable, and the building was stunning. Drinks and food were superb. In particular the cocktails and desserts. Service impeccable We went back a few times during our stay in Florence. Raffaele was outstanding and made it great experience.

The service was so good that I couldn't understand other reviews, but maybe there were some employees who discriminated against race..? I was treated with a friendly smile by both the female and male servers, and especially the Korean female staff member was so kind and gave me good menu recommendations. It was hot and tiring, but I felt better so I visited again before leaving! Haha the Korean staff was the kindest person I met in Europe. Thank you for making my trip happy haha ​​💓

10/08/2024: Heerlijk restaurant. Ligt aan doorgaande weg. Maar daar heb je geen last van. Redelijk uitgebreide kaart. Ook veel vis op de kaart. Zelf had ik tortellli dell aia cacciatrore. Ontzettend lekker! Al met al een aanrader.
13/05/2024: Ci siamo fermati due sere: stuzzicanti i crostoni al pesto di cavolo nero con lardo di Colonnata, ottimi i pici all' aglione e le caserecce con ragù bianco di cinta senese, squisito e delicato il filetto di suino su spuma di patate; personale gentile, discreto e competente. Raccomandato!
