The ice cream isn't very good, but it's nice to have gluten-free places like this one very close to the Duomo square.

The service was great, the gelatos were delicious! We came here at 10pm and there was no wait, but it looked very busy in the afternoon. First time I saw gelatos in the closed tins rather than open buckets (I heard that’s how good quality gelatos should be stored, so that was nice to see).

Right next to the cathedral, however you’d never know it! This place does not attract the waves of tourists you’d expect from a place of this quality, and seems to be loved by locals and foreigners equally. The mango gelato is my personal favorite!

Someone said this before.
In Italy, if you don't know much about gelato, don't go here and there and just go to Grom. That's how I found out about the taste of gelato.
That's why I visited.
First of all, I want to give high marks to the fact that the gelato is not exposed and the container is closed. Actually, I'm not a gourmet, so I don't know much, but the temperature is maintained appropriately and the texture feels good.
Both the pistachio and lemon were delicious.
Best ice cream my best combo is pistachio, dark chocolate and coffee. Their pistachio is best than other store.
Excellent gelato in Firenze! You cannot leave without tasting it!

Lo conocimos en siena por recomendación y fuimos a varios diferentes en Florencia y Roma. el helado de café, 10 puntos, y el chocolate caliente muy muy bueno. Super recomendable esta cadena.

Este es un helado auténtico y real, no del tipo de colores brillantes que se apilan en otros lugares. El servicio es excelente. El helado es rico y lleno de sabores naturales. El pistacho sabe a que molieron las nueces ellos mismos, lo que probablemente hicieron. Visite este lugar que mantiene viva la tradición.
