The best gelato! The tastes are natural and delicious, I can recommend strawberry, stracciatella and pistachio. The portions are big so keep this in mind.

We have spent a week in Florence and my partner who is Gluten Free has been craving Gelato and wanting to try it in the origin of where it was made. The issue we had is that anytime we asked vendors if it was Gluten Free, they laughed at us.
With a quick google search we found GROM, and I'm glad we did!
It is 100% Gluten Free (although you couldn't tell as it tastes incredible.
So many choices to choose from, including pistachio sauce, chocolate sauce and whipped cream! Great value for money and incredibly delicious! We went a few times throughout our stay here and we will definitely be back on our next visit! Thank you guys for making us feel welcome and providing some of the best Gelato I've ever had!

The ONLY celiac friendly ice cream shop in Florence! What a place, staff are fantastic and a really good variety of flavours. I struggled to find any GF food whilst in Florence but this was a hidden gem!
My partner and myself went to about 5 different shops prior to this one asking for GF ice cream with no luck. But Grom popped up and we thought we’d try it!
Safe to it did not disappoint! Please attend here, staff are lovely and fantastic!

Delicious Gelato and crepe desserts. We came 2 days in a row, and store attendant Giancarlo is always hard working and helping us with a smile. Thank you for the good friendly service. 5 stars all around.

This was the best gelato I've ever had in Italy. Even though I've tried all three of the best gelatos in Rome, this one was the best. All the gelato containers are covered with lids, so it's very hygienic. The guide recommended the milk flavor, so I tried it, and it was really delicious. The staff was also very friendly. I couldn't read the menu, so I asked the staff, "Milk?" and they gave it to me. Don't try the gelato in the square, but definitely come here and try it. It's so delicious that I'm writing a long review. I hope at least one more Korean visits this store and tries it.

This was the friendliest place I've ever been to in Italy! I waited in line to eat at the most famous place in Rome, but this place is chewier!! More than anything, I think it tastes better when the staff is friendly and helpful. Oh my, I ate the milk flavor and the one you recommended,,,, it was deliciousㅜ I can't remember the name ㅠ

It was so delicious I went back again🍨
Located in an alleyway just off Giotto's Campanile, it's easy to stop by on the way back.
