Even the cones are gluten free so no cross contamination which is wonderful as a coeliac. Gelato is amazing and service was so helpful and patient.

No frills, straightforward high quality Italian gelato in Italy, at a reasonable price. Wherever you may be, it's definitely worth the walk to come here to grab a gelato, before you continue your tour around the city of Florence. We enjoyed our gelato so much, and they seem so unassuming from the outside. Make sure you get the pistachio and the hazelnut flavors. Those were extremely enjoyable.

This place is the absolute REAL DEAL. Small-batch, pure, artisan gelato. The ‘crema come una volta’ (egg cream) flavor kinda blew my mind. And potentially the best tasting cone I’ve ever had anywhere. Love that there are so many sizes. Thank you GROM. I’m tempted to swing by on my way to the train in the morning, it is that good. (I agree about the off-putting wait staff… The dude at the counter could not have seemed more irritated to be serving us)

Die Römer Kette bleibt weiterhin einer meiner Favorites. Wir gehen in jeder Stadt einmal zum Grom. Das ist mittlerweile Pflicht dort einmal Eis zu essen. Auch in Florenz kommt der Grom von seiner üneraus bemerkenswerten Qualität überzeugen! Wir werden weiterhin globale Stammkunden bleiben! Glück auf! Absolute Empfehlung!

Wenn man in Domnähe ist, kann man einen Abstecher in diese sehr gute Eisdiele machen. Ansprechende Auswahl an Sorten zu vernünftigen Preisen.

31/12/2024: I have chosed this place for brunch with my family on Sunday morning. It had a rich menu, filling and delicious plates. The atmosphere was spacious and comfortable. We were able to find a seat without a reservation. If you are in Florence, it is a nice place to choose for breakfast.

20/11/2024: Capito spesso in questa pasticceria quando il lavoro mi porta in zona Viale dei Mille. La nuova gestione è veramente favolosa, una varietà di pasticcini ampia e sempre fresca. Ambiente molto curato con qualche tavolino all' interno e personale super gentile. Come si suol dire anche l'occhio vuole la sua parte e questa pasticceria racchiude tutto. Sia l'aspetto estetico che è veramente bello sia il gusto che è ottimo. Veramente consigliata.
