GROM In Venezia

We had excellent service! My little daughter accidentally spilled her gelato and she happily gave her another one.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the gelato is excellent, as are the croissants and coffees. A sweet treat before catching the train, highly recommended.

The mango ice cream and ice cream cones are super delicious :) Everything is gluten-free :)

I just had hot chocolate and pistachio gelato. They told me to choose between dark milk for the hot chocolate, and I absolutely loved the dark. The unsweetened hot chocolate was so good. The pistachio gelato was also... It was exactly what we'd expect from a normal ice cream: super smooth. It was just as good. While the Ni* had a sorbet-like flavor, the Su* had a burst of fat. Everyone would love this. Oh, and the Asian lady who prepared the food had a lovely smile and was so kind. ^^ The hot chocolate came in the smallest cup, and the gelato was in a plain cone. It was 9.80 euros. I took off one star because of the reasonable price. ^^

The food was good, but a local told me that in Venice, this place is only for tourists?

Every time I'm in Italy, I always find a Grom. They have delicious ice cream and occasionally surprising new flavors that are truly enjoyable.

Margaret has great customer service so much so that I thought she was the owner of grom. She apparently cares about her customers and has a warm smile

The staff is helpful and very kind. Plus, everything is delicious.

Margherita made me the best pistachio milkshake ever!! :D
