30/12/2024: First, I want to explain the restaurant's method. This is not a traditional all you can eat, as you are only allowed to order eight portions IN ALL. However, the generosity of the portions is such that, despite my large appetite, I only managed to consume six and cancel the remaining ones (a gunkam is three times the size of the normal one, and not because there is an abundance of rice! Even the sushi is triple the size , in proportion to understand). In this sense, the experience is comparable to an all you can eat. Furthermore, if you wish to expand the available options, simply order one or two additional boats, thus eliminating the limitation of choice. Having tried all the sushi and now being a true expert, a sushi sommelier, I affirm that this restaurant is the best in the entire Trentino-Alto Adige. The quality of the sushi is exceptional, characterized by very fresh fish without fat and rice with a rich flavour. In particular, I appreciated the care taken in seasoning the philadelphia, positively differentiating it from other culinary experiences, such as those offered by Sushiamo (rovereto). In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to enjoy high quality sushi in a welcoming environment and with impeccable service!
