Grissino In Bressanone

Neutral review because didn’t eat here but wanted to share that the gluten free pizza is not safe for persons with celiac due to preparation. The staff seem very knowledgeable about gluten free options and were able to suggest some other safe gf (gs) options. Atmosphere seemed very family oriented and had a beautiful views of the mountain side.

A restaurant that has a wide variety of food. Friendly and pleasant service, served quickly. Fun atmosphere. Recommended!

Fast, clean, and friendly service Excellent quality

A pleasant discovery during our holiday in Trentino and a stay in Bressanone. We dined there three times with family and friends, and I was definitely impressed. Excellent food and very prompt service.

Over the past few weeks, I've made reservations at Grissino a couple of times, always with a group of friends, for a total of nine people. The first time we ordered pizza: the reviews were mixed (some said it was too salty), but overall it was good, even if it wasn't anything special, especially considering the price. It's a shame that the drinks arrived too soon after the pizza, meaning the beers were decidedly warm during dinner. The desserts were good but a bit pricey. The second time, they sat us down, brought us the bottles of water we'd ordered (the sparkling, room-temperature kind), and shortly afterward, we were told there would be an hour's wait for the pizzas. As I walked across the restaurant to use the bathroom, I noticed that most people were already eating, so the wait seemed incredibly long. When I returned to my table, they informed me that the wait for the pizzas was due to a group of young people (about 15-20) who had ordered pizza. A restaurant with over 100 seats has a kitchen that overflows with 20 pizzas? Having abandoned the idea of ​​pizza, we chose from the menu. The curry rice arrived almost immediately, while the other dishes arrived much later, when our companion was practically finished eating. When we reordered water, we specifically asked for it to be chilled: the still water was fine, the sparkling water was again at room temperature. In short, the restaurant is beautiful and well-kept, but it seems all show: the feeling is of poorly organized, careless management. The lighting at the outdoor tables is dim, there was no air conditioning inside, and the stairs to the bathroom are unsuitable for people with disabilities.

Wow! So much choice! I've eaten here several times and always chose something different. Everything was delicious! It's also nice that it has an open kitchen. The staff is also very friendly! And you get your food very quickly.

The service was splendid and impeccable, especially the very kind and charming waiter, about 16 years old, who made the experience very welcoming and enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Large place, good service, high prices

The kiosk at the Brixen outdoor pool generally offers a large and varied selection, including fresh salads – which is really great. Unfortunately, none of them were available during our visit. The fries were only lukewarm, the pizza was okay, but nothing special. We adults went into town afterward for a proper meal. It's a shame, because the potential is there.

Esperienza molto positiva. Abbiamo cenato tre sere di fila in questo ristorante. Personale giovane e dinamico, ma molto disponibile e attento. Consigliata la pizza, veramente buona. Buoni anche i primi, soprattutto quelli consigliati per la serata. Super consigliato !
