We stopped for New Year's Eve, Trattoria with a capital "T". All good, friendly staff and excellent value for money.

Typical local cuisine (polenta, bagna cauda, ​​Piedmontese mixed fried food, raw meat,...), in a homely and informal environment, with the possibility of agreeing on ad hoc menus and thematic menus. Mainly in the summer months the wood-fired oven is active for preparing pizzas (mainly on Saturday evenings, but a phone call for confirmation is better). Excellent recipes and generous doses

As part of our GTA hike, we stayed one night in the old school in Tolosio and were warmly welcomed and looked after at The Wolf. The food and hospitality were outstanding, we can definitely recommend the accommodation.

We hiked the entire GTA and this restaurant is definitely in the top 10. We were treated to 8 courses of the finest Piermont cuisine. Absolute recommendation

The Ribordone valley is not well known but this is precisely what makes it peaceful and fascinating. The restaurant is rustic and familiar, we had a good time, the food was fresh and the staff were very kind, we will be back.

I'm often inside the club and every time I feel better and better. Delicious food and very kind staff.
