The cuisine is excellent, with a wide and well-thought-out selection: carefully prepared dishes, well-tarnished flavors, and evident quality. The atmosphere is also truly beautiful and authentic, all in wood, warm and welcoming, with the staff dressed in Tyrolean costumes, a detail that contributes to an authentic and enjoyable experience. The portions are just right, precise down to the millimeter: not a single ravioli too many, not one too few. For some, this may be a plus, for others, perhaps a bit forced, but nevertheless consistent. The only real downside, and a rather annoying one, concerns the reservation: a preauthorization of 30 euros per person is required, but this is not deducted from the dinner bill. We were told the amount would be refunded at midnight, but as of 9:00 the following morning, the money was still frozen. It's very unpleasant to find yourself with frozen funds that aren't even used for the final payment, especially without a clear refund deadline. Parking isn't included; we paid €4 for an hour's dinner. Overall, the restaurant is worth it for its food and atmosphere, but this pre-authorization management unnecessarily ruins what would otherwise have been a truly positive experience.

Excellent restaurant in Alta Badia!! Location with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent menu. I recommend the venison carpaccio and pork chops with fries. Excellent wine list and very professional sommelier.

We made a reservation several weeks in advance for Christmas Eve dinner, which is highly recommended, as it is quite difficult to get a table here during the holiday season. The restaurant is located in a basement and therefore has no windows, but this actually adds to its charm. The atmosphere is very cozy, elegant, and romantic, creating a pleasant and intimate dining experience. Prices are on the higher side, and for a dinner for two, one should not expect to spend less than €200. However, the service fully justifies this. The staff is highly professional, extremely friendly, and truly attentive to the guests. The menu is based on traditional cuisine with a modern twist. We were very satisfied with our food selection – the dishes were beautifully presented and, most importantly, very delicious. Parking is not an issue, as the restaurant offers its own parking area directly in front. Overall, this is a restaurant I can highly recommend, with the clear advice to make a reservation well in advance.

Beautiful place, even though it's practically underground! Professional and attentive staff! The only flaw is... the food, apart from the fact that I was disappointed, the quality is too much for that price. You pay a lot and eat badly. I ordered the meat platter and the schlutzkrapfen. The quantity was below average, and the quality, let's say, isn't excellent. It's a shame because the location is very nice and welcoming.

Excellent restaurant in the center of Corvara. Ideal for a Ladin menu and to sample typical local dishes. The menu offers local specialties. I recommend the cured meats and cheese platters as excellent. The dumplings are expertly made. The service is punctual and attentive. The price is slightly high. However, it remains in line with the offerings available in the area. The location is beautiful. Worth it.
