We had lunch with the tasting menu. All very good, tasty at the right point and in the right quantity for each course. The service is excellent, lots of courtesy, smiles and professionalism.

With great disappointment I found several flaws in the dishes, we took a Ladin trio and the pappardelle with wild boar and the spazle were loose, not very tasty and the quality/price is not appreciable considering the €26. Alas, the same goes for the apple fritters in which the breading was flaccid, excessively wet and considering the approximately €12 for three fritters I find it to be a terrible quality/price ratio. For an appetizer, two first courses and two desserts and water alone €126

Excellent restaurant where you can try traditional Ladin cuisine. The place is very welcoming and the staff is very kind, helpful and attentive to every need. I tried a trio of typical dishes: fettuccine with venison, Spatzle and a cheese dumpling. Really great; it's a nice idea for those who want to try more typical facts. For dessert, the chocolate-filled dumplings were a further treat. They also have a huge selection of local wines. I definitely recommend it.

Ristorante carino a Corvara. Buoni i canederli di speck e lo Strudel di mele. Servizio puntuale e cordiale. Unica pecca il prezzo decisamente superiore ad altri locali della zona

Gli scalini in giù per arrivare al ristorante non promettono nulla di buono ... invece ambiente molto accogliente, servizio molto cortese e preparato, ottima la cucina con piatti del posto.

01/12/2024: Café in the historic center of Bolzano. Small but well-kept, welcoming. The staff were very friendly, helpful and might I add, delicious. We ate some hot sandwiches which were great! Optimal!
