Excellent restaurant, I have been there twice (summer 2024 and summer 2025) and it has never disappointed. Excellent and varied food, top wine list and fantastic service (special mention for the sommelier who advised us on the wines to pair).

Absolutely exceptional experience at Adlerkeller in Corvara! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy alpine ambiance. The food was outstanding — every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The local ingredients, perfectly cooked meats, and handmade pasta truly showcased the best of South Tyrolean cuisine.
A special thank you to Iulian and Nicoletta — being welcomed by them felt like visiting family. Their kindness and warmth made our evening unforgettable. This restaurant is a must-visit in the Dolomites — we can’t wait to return!

Very nice place, the staff is professional as the the service. They pour the drink, change the bread bad let without asking and the portion are generous. They explain every dish, the butter and the bread is homemade, the quality of the food is excellent as the presentation! You can book easily online the table. My photo doesn’t represent enough the quality of the food but I 100% recommend! Price a bit high but overall I think in line with the place.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut, und gar nicht so teuer.
Wir waren auf Durchreise und fanden das Restaurant online, also wussten nicht was zu erwarten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden; auch seher freundliche Bedienung.

Debo estar perdiendo algo aquí. Bajamos las escaleras al sótano y nos quedamos encantados de ver que era un restaurante ocupado. Pero ahí terminó la alegría. De hecho me reí de los trajes ridículos que usaba el personal, como en un parque temático de Disney. Nos sirvieron pan rancio. Los entrantes tenían el mismo precio que algunos de los platos principales y el vino se servía en medidas de 100 ml. Todo fue realmente ridículo. No volveremos. Afirma que era auténtico pasar por alto el punto de que es un restaurante relleno y anticuado que es demasiado caro.
