Ristorante carino a Corvara. Buoni i canederli di speck e lo Strudel di mele. Servizio puntuale e cordiale. Unica pecca il prezzo decisamente superiore ad altri locali della zona

Gli scalini in giù per arrivare al ristorante non promettono nulla di buono ... invece ambiente molto accogliente, servizio molto cortese e preparato, ottima la cucina con piatti del posto.

Authentic dishes of the region prepared at a supreme high quality. Great local wines. Friendly and helpful staff. If you can try only one restaurant in Corvara, this should be the right choice.

Delicious restaurant in the center of Corvara. To access you have to go down some stairs under the hotel. The interior is very nice, in wood, typical Ladin. The waiters are very kind and attentive, dressed in typical clothes. We sat down and they immediately brought us various types of local bread and drinks. We ate speck dumplings with porcini mushroom sauce and we halved a tartare (note that it was not specified that it was seasoned with capers). Just drinking water, we spent around 35 euros per person. Water cost 5 euros, cover charge 3.50 per person.

Worth a try. Very particular environment, with typical South Tyrolean furnishings, with wooden tables and interiors. Very precise and polite staff. Typical and characteristic dishes. I had the venison ravioli and the cheese polenta with roe deer meat stew which was truly excellent. Price above average but definitely worth a try. Very satisfied

Ok experience, but we didn't like some dishes and considering the price of these we expected something better. I don't recommend the cajinci they were full of water. The mushrooms had no flavor. Dishes were not worth the price paid.

There is little to complain about, nice decoration and almost everything else was perfect, unfortunately the wine service was not available.

Ristorante dell'Hotel Trudnerhof

07/07/2024: Where do I start, where do I end?! :) About the location: Great cute hotel with a great location in Trudeno. Perfect for hiking and motorcycling. About the rooms: beautiful and casual rooms, you have everything you need. Great pillows and blankets! Bathroom/shower in immaculate condition and clean! Maybe a small minus (too few sockets) Food: FABULOUS!! I can't think of anything else here. We will be back ! Many thanks to Melanie & Andreas!
01/07/2024: 360 degree top 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Meanwhile, applause goes to the staff, friendly, omnipresent and always available! I stayed with the m/p formula and was positively impressed by the excellent cuisine! Quality products, expertly prepared! The very central hotel offers the possibility of parking directly in front of the structure. From there you can reach all the paths of the Monte Corno park directly on foot. The rooms were spacious, well-kept and spotlessly clean. The hotel is quiet and in a quiet area. Family and welcoming atmosphere! I will come back and definitely recommend it. Thanks again to all the staff and especially to Melanie! 💗🌲⛰️☀️🐿️🪵💗
