Griglieria Pizzeria Ristorante da Maurizio In Rho

I stumbled upon this pizzeria/restaurant after a Google search: - the food was reasonably good, with lots of garlic (my colleague offered me mint/milk sweets); We weren't thrilled that what we wanted to order wasn't available, not because it wasn't available, but simply because the "chef"/cashier/waiter (jack of all trades) chose him, who was very friendly anyway... but he messed us up a bit... Instead of the requested meat-based first course, he brought us a seafood-based first course because there was already a large quantity prepared, as there was a table in the other room with the same dish he brought us. We wanted a meat-based second course to share, and he brought us two meat-based second courses. The price was roughly right for what he offered, but we were disappointed that he didn't give us any guidance at all. Overall, it was decent. I suggest listening to the customer's preferences without being overbearing, and reducing some of the spices.

Excellent food, place needs revisiting. Cleanliness isn't top notch.

Beautiful, welcoming place. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming, and has a warm heart. The food is excellent, the set menu offers a wide selection. Highly recommended!!! Next time, I'll try the pizza!

Disappointed. The server took advantage of the fact that we were foreigners to add extra sides without telling us that we would have to pay extra. As a result, we paid €55 for two (just the dishes) and it was greasy, tasteless, not great...
