SEPTEMBER UPDATE: We were disappointed and never returned. They changed the price, increasing it quite a bit, given that it's a fixed menu. Compared to the first time, the tables were smaller and, above all, only chicken skewers, not different types and cuts of meat. We never returned. It's a shame, because by behaving like this, customers won't be loyal and will move on. HONEST AND EXCELLENT CUISINE JUST A FEW KM FROM THE COSTA SMERALDA! Who would have thought? I'm in Sardinia because I work as a Quality Manager for a well-known hotel in Porto Rotondo. I often pass by this butcher shop/restaurant and finally managed to stop in this evening. The atmosphere is informal, but very clean, and the tables are well-stocked. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food is excellent, both the po eddu and the grilled dishes, with generous portions and a more than fair price. I'll always return to them on my day off. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A very simple and basic butcher's restaurant. Quick service guaranteed by the lovely and talented Caterina. Quality meat and porceddu. Reasonable prices considering the Costa Rican average.

If you wanna try the traditional Sardinian “proceddu” this is the place for you.

A good culinary experience to try Sardinian pork. Generous portions of good quality meat. It's a shame about the frozen fries, the pre-packaged salad, and the lack of dessert. I still recommend it, though.

My favorite place, as long as all the staff are incredibly kind. And there's no arguing about that, and the place is clean and very welcoming, but the suckling pig isn't any better; it melts in your mouth, and the rind is crunchy. The mixed meats are carefully prepared and excellent, and it smells amazing! You can choose the meat if you want, and it's locally sourced! Everything is truly delicious, truly, congratulations to everyone.

Excellent. Honest. Authentic. No frills, but clean, well-maintained, and friendly staff. The suckling pig is the way it should be, and for the mixed grill, you can choose the cuts directly from the butcher's section of the restaurant. The perfect place for those who go out to eat.
