on 01/09/2022 I ate with friends at the spectacular Porceddu and the grilled meat! Excellent 🍖 excellent service despite being a simple place!
Then, having been ripped off in other places, I recommend it!
It has nothing to envy of neighboring colleagues!

All in all, if you laugh at it, you'll have fun. The grill chef is a particular character, the suckling pig was quite good but the context requires greater care and cleaning.

On holiday, my partner and I are staying in a B&B very close to this forgettable place (5km)... Not knowing the place, we ask our Maitre Giovanni.
He recommends Cut and Grill in Olbia, saying that the food is quite good and the prices are not excessive...
We arrive...we enter...we sit down...and we discover that we don't have a menu to choose from so the waitress invites us to go with her to compose our dishes...from here:
1)cleanliness level -10🥹🥹🥹
2) there is a phone under the grill🥲🥲
3) the staff argue with each other….🤬🤬
4) other tables are served before us
Let's compose the dishes:
In the first two skewers of mixed numbers, in the second a portion of pork (potatoes and salad are included in the dish) more
1/2 house white wine and a bottle of H2O…
This trick cost €65…
And a supplement of €5 because they didn't even offer us bitters...🥹
Delicious pig...but stay away it's expensive😂😂😂😂😂😂

We went specifically to enjoy a good grilled meat, we often eat suckling pig and it wasn't one of our preferences.
We opt for one with the intention of ordering the second later.
We are served a mixture of breaded and spiced skewers, a hamburger stuffed with cheese, also paid (rhomboidal in shape) and two small pieces, one of sausage and one of bacon (the only two things that resemble a barbecue).
We got up, paid and left, after having tasted, as it should be, everything, otherwise any possible judgment would have made no sense, without thinking, not even remotely, of ordering the second one.
Who knows, will we try again, will we be luckier?
Worthy of note was the waitress, who was very kind and attentive to make sure we were comfortable.
Ample parking.
Not crowded place (I won't discuss why).
A menu would be appreciated.

Stopped here by chance with my partner on our way back from the beach. Informal and very casual environment (which I like). It's a butcher's shop that grills purceddu for you and also makes other types of meat.
I took the purceddu and my partner the grilled meat. Some skewers are very spicy but still good. The purceddu was good but I wasn't crazy about it, but that's personal taste.
Accompanied by the meat we are served some mixed salad and french fries.
Too bad they don't have anything else, neither vegetables to grill (we obviously would have grilled them a lot and paid for them) nor other types of side dishes or other dishes.
The coffee is not good and there are no desserts.
The owner was very kind and gave us a bottle of water at the end.
Price paid €70.
We thought we would spend a little less given the very simple place and the location away from everything.

You sit, you eat, and you enjoy. It’s a no fuss restaurant with two items on the menu - porcheddu or mixed grilled meat. Generous portion sizes and great prices!
