Excellent, the ice cream is truly special, of great quality, you can sense the refinement, the study behind it. I am greedy for ice cream, I like to experiment and I must say that this place deserves all my appreciation. It's a shame to have discovered it the day before leaving but being regulars in Gaeta, we will certainly return! A special thanks to Valeria, the girl who made the experience even more interesting with her professionalism in offering us various flavors, you can see that she puts love and passion into it, all enriched by her very sweet, very sweet smile. Thanks Valeria and thanks to Gretel for what you do. We will return!!

What's more than excellent? Fantastic? Well, the ice cream is fantastic and delicious!! The price is in line with the quantity offered. Absolutely recommended.

I was here today with my girlfriend and we tasted one of the best ice creams we've ever tried!!! (and generally we look for ice cream shops with quality ingredients with the origin of the ingredients indicated and with ice cream counters in wells) We took a cup of 3 flavors (organic blood orange, Madagascar chocolate and Sicilian mango) and one of 4 flavors (same fantastic chocolate, two types of creams, one with almonds and the other with vanilla, chocolate and hazelnuts and finally the mango which was also fantastic) plus the cream which you pay for separately (and I usually don't get it) but it said "made with fresh milk and whisked" and I wanted to try it.... Really it was worth it!! I can only compliment the quality of every single flavor with the ability to make each ingredient taste more than sugar+flavors as sometimes happens in other ice cream shops. Applause to the girl who was alone at work at that moment, but who managed to kindly manage the queue that had formed
