14/05/2026: On the surface, everything is beautiful, but every rose has thorns; in fact, I'd say a tangle of branches. I'll start with the positives: the breakfast was generous, from sweet to savory, excellent! The staff were always kind and courteous, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff. The negatives... Hmm... The room we booked should have been the one that had been recently renovated at a higher cost and with all the comforts. Well, the comforts were there; they made it smart with Sky included, but with problems with the remote control, we gave up. Bathroom... first impression, large shower and spacious bathroom. Too bad that when I walked in, there were some hairs on the wall, definitely from someone who had been there the day before; the shower drained very slowly, and it took a while to drain the water after a shower; on the plus side, at least it didn't leak. The main reason I gave it 3 stars, ladies and gentlemen, is the spa, a disappointment! I keep repeating that the staff was super helpful here too. You have a serious limescale problem. I'm not here to tell you what the solutions might be, as that's not my area of ​​expertise. I'll just say that we scraped our elbows because leaning on the glass and in the corners left a layer of limescale that resembled sandpaper. Also, the water was very hot, although I think it was a rare occurrence. We used the sauna for two days, and the first day was perfect. I'm sorry, because the facility is very well worth it, but there are some things that need attention, especially with the summer season approaching.
