Green Corner In Viterbo

Excellent cocktails in a casual atmosphere. The staff are polite and professional. The only downside is too many tables in a small space.

We found this pub by chance, on one of Viterbo's most picturesque streets. I ordered the Panino contadino, with a burger, grilled eggplant and zucchini, and mozzarella served with fries. The ingredients were drizzled with balsamic vinegar, which I really liked because the sandwich didn't dry out. Overall, it was an excellent sandwich. The staff were really friendly and, above all, helpful in setting us up for a table. Well done!

Walking the via Francigena, night in Viterbo - and I discovered a pub for cocktails and beer. Located in the old Pilgrims quarter it has atmosphere and charm. Staff is fantastic. Bar has selection of bourbons, beer and even mezcal. I had fried Jalapeño (better than 9/10 places in the states) and several other things they recommended. Salut gents! Insider tip - apparently it’s so hip that a recent movie production down at the piazza would hit this place up after shoots for drinks and mezcal.
