Grazioli Art Bistrot In Grottaferrata

I spent the evening of December 24th with my family at Villa Grazioli. I have nothing to complain about the food—the attention to detail was excellent, and everything was excellent—and the waiters' efficient service. However, I have some criticisms about the location. The terrace is beautiful, with a striking view of the city, and very elegant, too. However, we simply couldn't have dined in our coats because it was so cold. I heard several customers complain. It was freezing, especially at some tables very close to the windows. We were among them. Even to enter the dining room, we had to walk through a small plastic tunnel in the cold and wind. Not to mention the waiters who worked in the freezing cold all evening when they had to leave the dining room. Is it possible that with those beautiful and elegant heated rooms inside the building, we had to dine freezing! I'm sorry I wrote this review, but I hope it can be helpful to those in charge for a better and more comfortable organization of such events.
