Those who love authenticity will be in good hands here. A charming Udine inn with a small, handwritten menu. The friendly atmosphere is both energizing and relaxing.

The atmosphere is pleasant and the food is good. The only downside, in my opinion, was the woman behind the counter who, from the moment we sat down until we left, did nothing but arrogantly scold her staff. I recommend doing this when there are no customers or in a more appropriate place.

This is one of my favorite bars in the center of Udine. A seemingly ancient location that is deliberately kept "vecchia" to preserve its authenticity. A large selection of wines and good beer. Osteria tipica con personale molto cordiale, cibo squisito con menù vario, buon vino e ottimi prezzi!! Entrando ti senti a casa, fai amicizia con tutti, ti senti a tuo agio. Riccardo ed il suo staff sono sempre super disponibili. Consigliatissimo!!

28/07/2025: A very nice restaurant that we have been visiting for years. We had meat, pasta, and pizza – very good value for money with large portions. Extremely attentive service, and the food arrived quickly and hot. The head waiter has been there for years and is a unique person who has his staff absolutely under control. With 4 adults, just under 100 euros – Highly recommended.

23/07/2025: We arrived on a Sunday evening in July and waited a bit for a table. The place was packed. Once we got a table, we ordered. Everything arrived quickly. Everything was delicious. Both the starters and main courses, not to mention the dessert. The main courses were beautiful. A quaint place just a few kilometers from Udine. Good prices. Ample parking in front of the place. Definitely recommended.
21/07/2025: Cena in coppia il venerdì sera. Abbiamo mangiato bene ma il servizio al tavolo è da rivedere, cameriere con alito di fumo di sigaretta e dai modi non adatti ad un locale del genere e coi prezzi praticati. Brutto ma è realtà.
