Propone cucina tradizionale senza tanti fronzoli e rivisitazioni e di ottima qualità. antipasti misti della casa, pasta fatta in casa, tagliolini o agnolotti serviti in varie maniere, rollè di coniglio o stinco arrosto con contorno di verdure o patate e a finire l'immancabile bunet. Vini del territorio e servizio preciso, rapido e professionale. Si esce soddisfatti sia per il cibo sia per il rapporto qualità prezzo

I would say extraordinary. It was a dinner in honor of the "bagna caôda" and there were quite a few of us, I think almost 100 people. The service, kindness, concreteness, speed, maximum attention to everyone's needs, smile, immediate availability, care and attention were exemplary. Excellent food, very good bagna caôda, with and without garlic, the plin in broth, the cheeses and finally the dessert, the "Charlotte Creole" gave the finishing touch to this splendid dinner. Excellent lunch with local dishes cooked very well and which were not at all heavy. As an appetizer, I tried the cardoons on Castelmagno fondue, tender and tasty, and the Piedmontese Fassona steak, also excellent and delicate. As a first course, tajarin with porcini mushrooms, excellent, and ravioli with butter and sage, also tasty and fragrant. The hazelnut cake is also very good. Fast, courteous and professional service. Family-run hotel and restaurant, the experience is there and it shows. The structure has remained unchanged since the 1980s but cleaning and maintenance are not lacking.
