Excellent pizzeria, the pizzas are really delicious and prepared with care and harmony. In the menu, in addition to the usual pizzas, there are new and reinterpretations of classic pizzas, the service is kind and friendly. The dough is light and the next day you don't have the classic hassles of pizza rising at the speed of light, this is a sign of quality! Cozy and warm environment, I would just put the music a little lower. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience at this pizzeria! The quality of the pizzas is exceptional, with very fresh ingredients and a light, well-leavened dough. But the real added value was the kindness of the staff: special thanks go to Gaia, who welcomed us with a smile and served us with great professionalism and friendliness. It made the evening even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Che dire?! 5 stelle non bastano per descrivere la gentilezza, la cordialità e la simpatia di Gaia e Sofia per non parlare della prelibatezza delle pizze! Torniamo sempre molto volentieri da Granum! Oramai È diventato il nostro posto del cuore e ci sentiamo come a casa!

Last night we were in Modica for shopping and we thought we'd eat a pizza there at granum together with my family and my sister! We are from Caltagirone.. A delightful experience... the waitress who accompanied us to the table was delightful and loving... Super pizza! Light and delicious! We will definitely be back! See you soon!!

An experience that remains in the heart and on the palate. “Radici” is not just a restaurant, it is a declaration of love for Sicily and its deepest cuisine. Excellent raw materials, treated with poetic care, capable of producing culinary melodies that enchant the senses. An experience that remains in the heart and on the palate. The spaghetti with anchovies, fennel and bread: supreme. The “biancomangiare”, a fake soft-boiled egg, a treasure chest of a visual and gustatory masterpiece, a perfect deception to the eye, a wonder to the palate. I didn't know chef Accursio Craparo, but after this experience I can say that it rightfully enters among our best gastronomic discoveries. Thank you
