Direi una bella scoperta, intimo,poki posti,bel arredamento, menù non con tanta scelta per intenderci almeno 4 scelte per piatto),ma le pappardelle...atomiche!!stra consigliato

Il locale è una grande sorpresa in un paesino della campagna pinerolese (vicino a dove sono cresciuto). L'impronta data dallo chef e la manager è di notevole effetto in termini di eleganza del contesto, cura dei piatti e dei servizio e cordialità. Torneremo sicuramente a scoprire le proposte, che seguono attentamente la stagionalità

12/05/2025: Very disappointing experience! Acceptable cutting board but the first courses without flavour, even the tajarin with truffles and those with Castelmagno (incredible to believe!!), so much so that we had to add salt to flavor them a little (😢). Friendly waitresses and average service. Absolutely disproportionate prices for the quality and manufacturing of the dishes. I won't go back!
12/05/2025: Local located in the center of Turin. Truly a highly recommended place. Excellent cuisine. Smiling, joking and pleasantly multilingual staff. Must try.

07/06/2025: I attended a pizza and spritz workshop. Very knowledgeable teacher with lots of food and drinks at the end of the lesson. A fun event that I highly recommend. Fun and satisfied.
