The pizza ALWAYS presents itself very well, aesthetically refined and with excellent quality ingredients, nothing to say about this.
Unfortunately, however, for the umpteenth time, it happened to me raw on the inside.
It's a real shame, because the potential is there, but cooking remains a serious and recurring problem. I hoped it had been an isolated case the first time, but after some time the situation repeated itself. I really hope they can improve this aspect, because the disappointment is so great.

Noisy place and tables so close that my neighbor could stretch out his arm and reach my pizza.
Lower quality than expected for the 3-cook pizza.
Lack of explanation of the gourmet pizza that was a sandwich not a pizza and extremely small with little filling.
The taste of some ingredients was very good and the dough was good, perhaps the excessive volume of customers leads to these problems. I would have preferred there to be shifts and to have a better environment and greater care.
Too bad I think I'll go back to give it a second chance!

As soon as you arrive there is a welcome prosecco. The top quality flours provide excellent, very light leavening.

Review needed to understand... the quality of the pizza has worsened slightly for some time now, I don't think it's due to the flours which always seem to me to be of undoubted quality, perhaps it depends on the rotation of who is making the pizza at that moment... in any case the environment and food are always at the top

I'll start with the positive aspects: the pizza is really good, perfectly cooked. The place, however, is furnished in a slightly too tacky way, with red curtains that give the impression of trying to cover something inside.
What left me perplexed was the cost of the desserts: 7 or 8 euros depending on what you choose. The desserts are not indicated on the menu, but are listed verbally — it would be correct to also communicate the price at that moment. Also, I noticed that they are not homemade but purchased from a third party, as I clearly saw a box near the checkout.

Si deve fare una premessa non si tratta di pizza napoletana né di pizza toscana, è la pizza di Prestia come afferma anche lui.
Molto leggera e digeribile, ottimi ingredienti.
Devo dire spettacolare e croccante il sushi di Pizza.
