Grano Salis Braceria In Udine

I really like this meat place in the center. When we can, we always come back! The dishes are special, not just the meat, but all of them. The staff is very kind and professional. Another level compared to the restaurants in Udine. It's worth it, chapeau.

The Steaks are extraordinary as the wine is. The owner is very friendly and has always a good idea for wine and food. Update: nothing as changed, that are excellent news.

La carne era ottima, ben presentata e anche la lista dei vini è ampia e spazia tra vini locali e vini nazionali e internazionali. Nel titolo ho scritto “costoso” perché sebbene sul menù fosse stato chiaramente indicato il prezzo all’etto, non mi sono reso conto che il conto per due persone con una bottiglia di vino sarebbe stato appena sotto i 21o € Non è il ristorante da frequentare spesso, tuttavia se uno vuole mangiare dell’ottima carne questo è il posto giusto sapendo che la qualità si paga.

A place for mostly carnivores. I went a while ago and forgot to write a review. No harm done right away. The meats well displayed in display cabinets immediately give a sense of quality, high-level service and image. Exceptional wine list and absolutely good service. A little to improve, but it's a detail, the tablecloth, but I'm a fanatic for details. The owner is very knowledgeable and gives satisfaction to the diners. Try it to believe it.
