I've eaten there a couple of times for lunch over a couple of years, the last one recently. The dining room is worth a visit (the building dates back to the 1920s), and the menu is equally as good, as is the quality/price ratio. The wait staff is very welcoming and friendly. Definitely worth a try.

Had lunch today in this hotel rich in history that speaks of when the Valli di Lanzo were the tourist hub for VIPs in the early twentieth century ... Excellent food, efficient and impeccable service. Places like this should be supported and preserved by far-sighted regulations ...

Only used the restaurant. Great place and great food. A special atmosphere of times gone by. I recommend the cheeses accompanied by sauces. Good wine also in bulk.

Beautiful Liberty location in the heart of the mountains around Usseglio. The rooms are beautiful, spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. We had a very good dinner, with homemade preparations and in the morning breakfast with desserts prepared by the kitchen. Overall, a great experience. Definitely worth returning.

28/06/2025: A Piedmontese experience not to be missed. I have been to this Typical Piedmontese restaurant and I found it truly exceptional. Every detail, from the particularities of the furnishings to the arrangement of the tables, contributes to creating a truly welcoming environment. You can see that there is so much care in every corner. But what makes this place special is the union between the excellence of the cuisine and the extraordinary hospitality of the owners. Their kindness, availability and passion are palpable, and made the dinner even more enjoyable. They told us the history of their restaurant and literally fascinated us! It is beautiful to see how much love they put into it. Everything we ate was delicious and you can immediately understand that they use excellent ingredients. And I cannot fail to mention the ZABAIONE: it is amazing, one of the best I have ever tasted! Creamy, tasty, absolutely a must try if you go there. In short, an experience that I recommend to everyone.
08/06/2025: For those who want to taste and savor Piedmontese cuisine, this is the right place. Recommended for those who are from Turin and for those who are tourists! Very good food and welcoming service! Highly recommended!
