Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa In Palermo

We stayed on New Year's Eve, a very pleasant experience in an always welcoming Palermo. Fantastic hotel, royal room, very professional and super helpful staff. An experience that we will repeat at Easter.

Only external visit on a cultural level, but it was enough to admire the beauty and care.... obviously a visit to the cable was a must....

Hotel very well located and very luxurious at the entrance, a beautiful and pleasant lounge to stay in! We were in Palermo looking for a hotel and we entered this one... at the entrance the doorman was very rude saying if it was a program... that that wasn't allowed! I was scared by the lack of education and lack of preparation for such a fine hotel! Anyway, we ended up staying and I reported what happened to the receptionist! We asked for a double room and when we entered the room there were two single beds pushed together! Another disappointment! I had to go down to reception because the intercom didn't work! Neither does the coffee machine! We left in the morning and I left notice to clean the room and we arrived in the afternoon and it hadn't been cleaned or tidied! Anyway, I don't think this happens in hotels of this level!! They need to improve a lot! I don't recommend it because it's too expensive for what it offers! Oh and breakfast costs no less than 50 euros per person!!
