Grand Hotel Piazza Borsa In Palermo

Spent 3 nights at the hotel in June 2025. Great location near the center of Palermo. The hotel layout is charming. The rooms were clean with excellent amenities. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet had excellent choices. Highly recommended!

Truly, a grand old hotel that is impeccably maintained. The common areas as well as the hotel rooms are truly stunning and represent a bygone era. Service is impeccable and staff is very willing to help. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for one evening and was disappointed that we did not stay at this hotel at the start of our trip.

This is a very comfortable, classy hotel. Even the so called "single economy" rooms have all the desired amenities. I would stay again. Recommended

Greatly disappointed. The rooms are not well maintained, badly furnished with old style furniture and no views or terrible views. Service was OK. Our stay there in Mid May, affected negatively our visit to Palermo.

Nice old hotel but rooms need some lifting

The wellness trail (jacuzzi, steam-room and sauna) is fantastic. The 90 minute session for €45 was well worth it. Clean, quiet and relaxing. The experience includes a sauna, emotional showers with flavoured water, steam bath with eucalyptus essences, hydromassage tub and relaxation area with herbal Tea room. Half way through the experience, I was served tea and water as well as some biscuits. Overall, it is an experience I recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Palermo.

Had a quiet room and the parking service worked perfectly.
