Grand Hotel Majestic In Verbania

Beautiful old hotel right on the lake. We had a corner room on the fifth floor with two separate very large patios with outstanding views. The hotel grounds were impeccably maintained. My only complaint was the scrambled eggs. Every morning they were always cold, despite repeatedly telling the staff that they were cold.

Wonderful! Stayed here 45 years after my first stay and it hasn’t really changed! Comfortable, grand and right in the lake with no roads to cross. Gorgeous indoor pool. Great bar. Will return.

We stayed locally but went for cocktails at the bar/terrace several times due to the excellent location and exceptional cocktails by Blendi Vogli - truly special and executed with skill! A real Gentleman
