We really don't know how to describe how wonderful our experience was. This hotel is a splendid pearl nestled on the shores of Lake Maggiore, where you're immediately transported to a bygone era. The service is impeccable, and the incredible kindness shared by everyone who works here makes you feel like the most important person in the world. An honorable mention goes to the spa, truly the hotel's crown jewel. If you want to live a dream, we absolutely recommend staying here; you won't regret it. Thank you, truly.

This hotel is truly beautiful, with extravagant decor but a unique style. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. The area is truly beautiful.

Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel and would recommend it. Positive: -The diving tower was a highlight -There was always enough seating by the pool -The parking garage was large enough -There were towels for the pool (not just for lounging) -The room was large and there was a bathtub with a whirlpool Negative points: -Our bathroom smelled strongly of drains, which wasn't very nice -The room cleaning wasn't particularly good, and I found the concept confusing: In the morning/midday, the bed is made and the towels are put back in their places in a very messy manner. Then at 9 p.m. (!) the bell rings, and you can change the towels yourself. Why at such a time?! With a child, it was totally inconvenient, and I don't understand why the towels aren't changed first thing in the morning (when needed). -Unfortunately, you can't change the air conditioning yourself. Sometimes it wasn't cold enough for us. -Breakfast was okay, but the selection of vegetarian options could have been wider. But the scrambled eggs were truly the worst I've ever eaten... if they were even real scrambled eggs. -Drinks/snacks at the pool were quite overpriced. €14 for a milkshake?!

Beautiful building, but the food was some of the worst we have ever had in Italy, and some of the staff in the restaurant - particularly the Bistot are rude.

Beautiful building and beautiful location... Unfortunately, the service from the younger staff is not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel, but better than any beach resort in Pescara... If you ask for orange juice at the beach bar, they bring you orange juice with a slice of orange in it... We eagerly await Musk's robots.

The property is undoubtedly beautiful—historic charm, elegant grounds, and a premium location. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and amenities during our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by the non-functioning air conditioning in our room. Despite calling the reception multiple times and receiving repeated promises that someone would come to fix it, no one showed up and the issue was never resolved. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected much better responsiveness to guest concerns. We hope management addresses this, as everything else about the stay was memorable.
