Magnificent hotel with very busy decoration, but great value for money The SPA is splendid The service is impeccable Small downside: the outdoor swimming pool, with an unpleasant view and very busy (very noisy children) in August

Cozy place, very nice and clean!!!! beautiful view of the lake!! Extremely attentive and qualified staff. Very helpful!! Very good and plentiful breakfast, both sweet and savory The rooms are large and very nice to my opinion. Congratulations, I will definitely be back!!!!

Everything would have been perfect except that, since it was our 33rd anniversary and we had asked for something special in advance, nothing was offered to us! If not to dine at full price in their restaurant in the evening. Even a simple room upgrade, a fruit basket in the room upon arrival or a bottle would have been enough. Not even a micro cake at the end of the meal. And let it be understood that I would have paid for the service! I repeat, AT MY SPECIFIC REQUEST! It's a shame that even in the face of my complaints, this enormous disappointment was not remedied. 5 STAR LUXURY HOTEL ✔️

It's like entering a dream. A jewel with attention to every detail. The staff were attentive and kind, without being intrusive. The spa is a quiet corner, a modern and organized bubble of peace. Swimming pool hamam sensory shower and attentive assistance. Superb breakfast. It’s like staying in a museum! Absolutely stunning building and interior, but tech & food could use some updates/upgrades for a five star hotel…spa was amazing though!
