Historic hotel with well-kept common areas, large, modern and comfortable room. Breakfast could be improved in quality and choice, we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was an extraordinary experience, we had a package that included a typical Valtellina dinner: sciatt with bresaola, pizzoccheri, veal cheek and braulio semifreddo.

Beautiful hotel in the main square of Sondrio, friendly service, excellent breakfast. I had a single room on the third floor, with sloping ceilings, very welcoming and with a large bathroom with shower

Pleasant and refined stay at the Grand Hotel della Posta in Sondrio. The superior room is large and equipped with comforts. Rich buffet breakfast and hot drinks served by the dining room staff. The employees of the structure are very discreet, available and kind when necessary, never intrusive. The location is strategic for being able to easily explore the entire historic center on foot. It is possible to book private parking on site where you can leave your car. The hotel also has a small but well-kept spa where there is a Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, swimming pool with hydromassage and relaxation area.

I wanted to try the wellness center with swimming pool and hydromassage. Luckily I was alone and the time spent inside was restorative.

Just for a coffee but very welcoming
