Nice hotel but with some problems.. super breakfast

Everything was perfect! A name that's a guarantee. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Grand Hotel Billia for a relaxing weekend. The room was truly well-maintained (we had a Junior Suite), the staff were efficient and super helpful even before our arrival (they responded to emails super quickly and courteously; in my case, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs./Miss Federica). The building was truly majestic and elegant. We used the spa, which was also well-maintained and offered various treatments. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of products. Overall, we had a lovely weekend!

Magnificent, we highly recommend it. Excellent breakfast buffet. Spacious room with a very comfortable king-size bed. Magnificent spa. Very cozy restaurant. Easy access to free parking.

Spectacular hotel, but overwhelmed by its size, high ceilings, and grandeur, resulting in a lack of warmth in rooms that are far too large for their intended purpose. The rooms are comfortable, the bathroom is perfect. The spa with its pools are top-notch, and what views! The welcome and service are efficient. The breakfast is unremarkable for the venue in a gigantic room. The restaurant's food, however, is average... And beware, the casino gift vouchers require a purchase of the same amount to play.

A magnificent place that reflects a long tradition of hospitality and excellent clientele that remains visible today in the decorations and architecture, with an authentic flavour integrated with modernity!
