Granchio Royal In Pescara

Very nice place, dinner by the sea. Fast service and very friendly staff. Excellent food; we ordered arrosticini and pizzas, everything was excellent! Great prices! Highly recommended. Top!

It's not the first time we dine at Granchio Royale, a place we like but last night with some flaws. First of all at the entrance the bodyguard who should have simply asked in which place we had booked instead of deducing it independently. Then the pizza, which was not excellent as other times but the rest of the food, including the Arrosticini, was excellent. Be careful I'm not saying that the pizza was not good but not excellent as other times. For the rest I can only say that the place is fantastic, top location, professional and always available staff, they served us immediately. Maybe they simply changed the dough or pizza maker. Always recommended

Sunday pizza, the choice fell on 'The crab'. The place wasn't crowded, an elegantly informal environment, quiet even though the screens were showing the match (it's clear that they know the value of acoustics). The staff were friendly and helpful, attentive and fast service. As for the food, we ate two pizzas, one classic and one gourmet, accompanied with gin and tonic. Both exquisite. A high-level venue, the quality-price ratio is decidedly sustainable Advised.

Sunday lunch. Place still decorated for Women's Day.... very floral but in a very very very tacky style and let's say too Abundant. Not recommended for claustophobics!!. Let's get to lunch... and the votes. Starters - seafood salad. 5 stars First course - Spaghetti vongole. 4 stars Fried calamari - 3 stars. Ridiculous portion Fried Paranza - 0 stars.. the fish smelled... left almost entirely on the plate and sent back (apart from the calamari) and despite the situation having been reported... the response from the kitchen was... it arrived yesterday! So what?? What is the answer? 3 star service... we had to ask for cutlery to eat... between one course and another... anyway in short... 5 seafood salads... 4 spaghetti... 2 fried foods... 3 water... almost 170 euros! Portions of dishes at the union minimum... I would have given even fewer stars given that I went with two guests who came from outside... and I wanted to make a good impression. Patience.

I just finished my dinner at this very nice restaurant. The Il Granchio restaurant is a real pearl. Located in a strategic position, with a welcoming and refined atmosphere, this place manages to combine tradition and innovation in every dish. The elegant and sober furnishings create the ideal environment for a romantic dinner or a meeting with friends, while the staff is always courteous and professional, ready to recommend the dishes of the day and make every guest feel at ease. I could go on... in summary.. Highly recommended!!
