Gran Morane in Contrada In Modena

A pochi minuti dall’uscita dell’autostrada. Ci siamo fermati ieri sera ed è stata davvero un’ottima sorpresa. Posto molto bello pulito, arioso, luminoso ed elegante (di estate con un comodissimo plateatico esterno). La vera sorpresa è stata la cucina: piatti eccezionali ricchi di cibo e con materia prima di altissima qualità. Idem per le pizze con impasti e cotture perfette. Personale molto gentile e ci hanno servito velocemente nonostante ci fosse molta gente nel locale. Davvero complimenti!

Simply special. Pizza is the house specialty, but the restaurant is also undoubtedly finger-licking good. We had a tasting of fried mussels Tarantina style pizza and can't wait to return to try the other dishes. The staff were friendly and nice, we had pleasant chats and the bill was unparalleled. Super top.

I wanted pizza and I went back to the old Paradise of Cognento which is now Gran Morane, I knew the wood-fired oven of this place and the pizza cooked next to a real fire is something else and I wasn't wrong, I liked the pizza, some of the pizzas ordered were a little burnt on the bottom but good ones made with an excellent dough cooked in a very good oven.

Even though it was very late, we showed up at this place politely asking if it was possible to eat. We were welcomed with a smile and accompanied to a table. With professionalism and education, we were served. Pizza with the crust is not usually to my liking, but in this place I found it very good, so much so that I complimented the pizza chef who perfectly centered the ingredients of my request and arranged them in an impeccable way and with all the products of excellent quality. The place looks good, clean and tidy, I haven't seen a TV around and so I will bring my lady who hates places with the television on, then I'm curious to test the effectiveness of the anti-noise components arranged in the place. Appropriate bill for the food, location and service.

Locale consigliato pulito e ben gestito. Ottimi gnocchi fritti ottime tigelle e tortellini ripieni in tutti i modi. Bravissimi Ikea ed Eleonora. Ci ritorneremo sicuro
