Per diversi motivi da qualche tempo manco in questo magnifico ristorante. Ero preso dala sensazione di grave carenza per la squisita cucina di Luigi, del suo buon gusto e della sua capacità veramente unica di saper trattare il pesce che qui comunque è sempre fresco. Risotto al nero di seppia con gamberi, scampi e quell'impareggiabile inserto dolce e profumato ( con questo gusto non si trova da nesssuna parte) , fritto di scampi e gamberi che sembra neanche impanato. accompagnato acqua e zenzeroda . Squisito il bicchiere di Traminer. Prezzo conveniente

Splendid venue in the historic center. Pleasant atmosphere in an environment designed according to Liberty style and which transports us to the early years of the last century. I was a guest of the restaurant with some guests at a banquet after a ceremony. The tables have been set with attention to every detail, creating an elegant and welcoming environment. The staff, well managed by the impeccable owner, truly exceeded expectations in terms of courtesy and attention and without exceeding formalism, convey a sense of calm without sacrificing efficiency. Throughout the meal, service was smooth and unobtrusive. The dishes were served to us at a perfect pace, never feeling neglected or rushed. The courses, well presented, were an authentic revelation, absolutely respectful of culinary tradition without retreating on refinement. It is clear that behind every dish there is a commitment in the kitchen to aim for gastronomic excellence and enhance the quality of the raw materials. I particularly highlight the pumpkin tortelli which stand out for the harmonious combination of the thin and delicate pasta which enhances the delicately aromatic pumpkin filling in full respect of the Mantuan tradition. I won't mention the other courses but they are no different and equally reveal quality, taste and refinement. In conclusion, if you pass through these parts, I recommend "Il Liberty" to anyone looking for a good quality gastronomic experience accompanied by impeccable service at a price absolutely in line with the quality offered. What can I say.... WOW, first time in this restaurant, lunch with friends. Original Art Nouveau style restaurant, excellent and delicious dishes. Excellent service. I highly recommend it and you will too. WOW.

I was pleasantly struck by the environment and the Art Nouveau furnishings. I was passing through and although I had noticed the refinement of the menu, I only had time for a quick lunch. The spaghetti with tomato sauce was unforgettable. They were worth the stop.

Locale dall'atmosfera calda e suggestiva, con i soffitti altissimi e l'arredamento curato, caratterizzato da antiche stampe e manifesti. Menù con richiami alla tradizione lombarda e molti acuti creativi, dove i piatti di pesce prevalgono. Personale molto cortese e attento. Nella bella stagione si può pranzare sotto il portico affacciato sulla piazza principale.
