REPORT TO THE OWNER. This is my favorite bar every day, as everyone knows, and all the staff knows me and treats me with courtesy. For me, it's become my family! This morning, the cashier is bald. I'm reporting to the owners the aggressive behavior I experienced this morning. I advise them to reassign him, not to deal with customers! The cashier must be courteous with customers, greeting them when they arrive, not aggressively. This is part of the good customer service, and should also be applied to customers who frequent the place every day, like me! All the other female cashiers are welcoming and friendly, and possess polite qualities that this man lacks! I recommend reassigning him to other roles, as he's not suited for this role. I booked a home catering service at GU to celebrate my 50th birthday. The food was excellent, all very fresh, and the service was prompt and competent. My guests were delighted and complimented me on the decor and the quality of the products. Two guests with celiac disease were truly impressed by the deliciousness of their food. The cake was excellent. I ordered a 50-shaped cream tart, and I was amazed by the freshness of the ingredients and the beautiful decoration with fresh fruit and colorful cookies. I chose it mostly for its aesthetics: today I would choose it again for its deliciousness! Highly recommended!

Home catering for an office party Seafood risotto, fish carpaccio, battered fried vegetables, octopus and potato single-servings, focaccia, savoury panettone, cake... it was all delicious. They came with a food warmer to keep the risotto and fried food warm, very useful and effective. Kind and helpful, we'll keep them in our list for future celebrations 😀

I discovered this bar a few weeks ago. I was in Rome for work and had to work during my stay. I had a ginseng and a coffee, both excellent. The interior is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff is friendly. Luckily, it wasn't rush hour, and despite the crowds, I managed to get everything I needed done. Why 4 stars and not 5? Because I didn't try the most interesting part, which is definitely the desserts. I promise I will next time I come.
