Eldorado has been and remains one of the reference points of the Acese gastronomy with an unchanged tradition. Abundant, simple and tasty first courses for lunch, traditional side dishes such as baked potatoes and onions and caponata. Competent, kind and helpful staff, fair prices based on quality and quantity. It even has good 70s/80s music. Also recommended is the tiny mezzanine for a quiet lunch.

I had pasta alla norma, it was very good and fresh. The espresso was perfect, and the waiter was very helpful. He was happy to speak English, which made me feel very welcome after my poor attempt to speak Italian.

Local friends took us to this bar to eat granita. Absolutely the best granita we tried in town last weekend. Also, the young waiter was super nice and polite. We will be back!

14/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questo ristorantino con asporto consigliato da persone del luogo ed abbiamo trovato cio' che desideravam: una cucina eccellente con prodotti di qualita' e la grande cortesia dei proprietari. I tonnarelli all'astice spettacolari!Prezzo onestissimo!Molto consigliato per chi, come noi, vuole assaporare i tesori della Sicilia in maniera veloce, prima di riprendere il viaggio. Lo consigliamo senza alcun dubbio!

26/06/2025: The service is perfect! Witty and very knowledgeable about local matters. We were able to book an excursion to Mount Etna directly through the hotel's contacts. The food is delicious! Alessandra, the cook, knows how to bring the delicious flavors of Sicily to the table with tradition and sensitivity. Frida's service was witty and very friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
