Gran Caffe Baffo In Roma

Today we took part in a coffee tasting at Caffè Vergnano, and it was truly fantastic. Federica and Claudia did an excellent job: they prepared four different types of Italian coffee and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the space cozy, and the staff incredibly friendly. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy quality coffee and great service. We were staying not to far from this cafe. Coming from Australia we're always up early which doesn't seem to be the Italian culture so finding a coffee shop to start the day at 5/6am is difficult. This place was open and even though it's dark and cold in the winter the people were friendly, energetic and welcoming. This put as much energy into you as the coffee to help start your day. The coffee itself and the beautiful pastries were also delicious. Language barrier wasn't an issue as our italian vocabulary amounted to about 10 words in total which seemed to be enough for them. A lovely café in the forecourt of Roma Trastevere station. Excellent breakfasts, superb coffee, friendly and helpful staff, open 24 hours a day. My favorite place every time I visit Rome.

A cafe with good quality food at super affordable prices. If you're in this area, highly recommended, and the service is very friendly.

We tried the Dubai Chocolate Kurtos, which included pistachio and chocolate cream, but unfortunately there was no chocolate at all and very little pistachio cream, so it was very dry... a shame because the dough was very good, so it's worth €6 if filled well. We'll be back to try again!

This morning, my boyfriend and I stopped at this bar for a quick breakfast before changing trains at Trastevere station, and we were pleasantly surprised! 🍰☕️ The food was good, the cappuccino excellent. But what really made the difference was the kindness and friendliness of the staff: despite the chaotic atmosphere, everyone was smiling and helpful, something that's hard to find these days. An oasis of warmth in a time of great hustle and bustle! If you're passing through Trastevere, don't hesitate to stop by: the service and quality of the food are definitely worth it. 😊

I want to give a special thanks to Elisa and Antonella: with their beautiful smiles and extraordinary professionalism, they transform every coffee break I take into a moment of pure serenity. It's rare to find such a perfect combination of expertise and human warmth. Entering here feels like home, but with the service of an excellent café.
