The best pastry shop in Sesto! Brioche, cookies, cakes, cream puffs (the Chantilly cream is amazing!), all excellent! The friendly and helpful staff make Gran Bar a welcoming place to stop for coffee, breakfast, or an aperitivo. It has plenty of tables both inside and outside. A favorite among locals and visitors alike... Always open from 6:00 am until 8:00 pm. You can order birthday cakes, small pastries, and savory treats for parties...a guaranteed success!

02/06/2025: Marco is a professional who knows his job well and understands the ideas and desires of his customers, our wedding cake was not only beautiful but also very good, with an exceptional level of quality, and it made us receive many positive comments from our guests.
29/05/2025: We relied on this pastry shop for our wedding cake, I had the pleasure of speaking with Marco the owner. Marco was very kind in helping me with my doubts, advising us on how to set up the table. I knew that I could not keep up with this thing being the bride and talking to him gave me peace of mind, dealing with someone who loves their job always changes things for the better! We had tasted the cake at the tasting for the choice and it was delicious, the cake at the wedding was equally delicious and all the guests confirmed it . We were also asked about the various intolerances and allergies to make mini cakes for these people. Thank you Marco, Thank you Pasticceria Sgrilli Alessia and Giacomo! 23.5.2025

11/10/2025: New management, a young and highly skilled pizza chef, excellent pizzas, perfectly crispy, top-notch ingredients, a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Takeout is available, just minutes from Piazzale Michelangelo, where you can enjoy delicious pizza as the sun sets with a beautiful view. Highly recommended. We've been back several times and tried the various pizzas...all fabulous...the best thing is the tomato sauce, truly worthy of applause. Bravo, Dario, you continue to amaze us with the unique flavors you offer every time we come. It's become a regular stop! We also tried the new Deliziosa pizza...the burrata and pesto are amazing!! And to finish, the homemade tiramisu is a must!!...and for those who want, they also offer personalized t-shirts.
