Excellent burgers (in my opinion, the best in Pisa) with seasonal ingredients, homemade sandwiches, and gluten-free options available. A youthful and informal atmosphere. Fast service. Highly recommended!

After many years in Pisa, Gramigna remains a solid favorite. The selection of sandwiches with different types of dough is undoubtedly the highlight. They truly cater to all tastes. The beers are always a guarantee of quality and flavor; Yeti has been my favorite for years. The staff is exquisite and friendly; beyond the food and drinks, it's their presence that makes you want to return. Highly recommended.

After the graduation party, we stopped for a family sandwich. There was a wide variety to choose from and good value. We were happy with the meal, but we'd change the Coke.

20/11/2025: Enoteca is a great wine store in the heart of old town Pisa. We purchased wines for our son’s wedding weekend, and Salvatore was very, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He suggested wines that were fantastic, and offered to deliver them to us in Gello, which really helped us. His recommendations were perfect and we had many guests remark on the quality of the wines he suggested. Great service, great selection, and great value is what Salvatore provides. Thank you! We will return!
18/10/2025: Nice selection of refined labels, you can also find some lovely gems and products that are hard to find elsewhere. The prices are very fair. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable! 🍷

08/03/2026: A PLEASANT DISCOVERY JUST A STEP FROM HOME Just a stone's throw from my house, there's this wonderful place, welcoming, and tidy in every way. The owners are wonderful, the food is EXCELLENT, the service EXCELLENT, the place has a warm atmosphere, like being at home... I congratulate you for having brought this place back to life. Today, my husband, my son, and I came for lunch, and we were so thrilled that we decided to celebrate our son's First Communion here. You deserve the best. Luisana, you're amazing, and the chef is super 👏👏👏
21/01/2026: In Tuscany for work, I tried several places in the surrounding area until I stumbled upon Sottobosco. There's no comparison, and I haven't changed. The restaurant is clean and well-kept, and in the warmer months it has a large, green outdoor area—it's wonderful. The welcome and service will make you feel at home, friendly and kind. The restaurant offers a menu of meat and seafood dishes. I've tried everything, and I must say the quality of the ingredients is excellent, everything cooked to perfection! The price is more than fair—highly recommended!
