Arrivati a Pisa, città che abbiamo visitato diverse volte, siamo andati a mangiare un boccone in questo posto assolutamente informale. Il primo impatto è stato decisamente spiazzante: una condizione da collettivo studentesco, da birreria quasi improvvisata. Effettivamente siamo in una birreria in centro, in una delle città universitarie più frequentate d'Italia. Insomma, pur con una bimba piccola al seguito siamo tornati indietro ai tempi in cui l'unica preoccupazione erano gli esami. Veniamo al food: panini decisamente originali e birre artigianali buonissime. Peccato per il pane, per noi siciliani totalmente dissapito, ma non è colpa loro. In Toscana si usa così. Un po' incasinato il servizio, per via delle ordinazioni da fare solo al banco e del fatto che non accettano prenotazioni, ma è una cosa tutto sommato sopportabile. Insomma, per un panino e una birra vale la pena andare.

Very good sandwiches with quality ingredients. The potatoes were also excellent, delicious desserts and the beer, I don't drink but the friends at my table appreciated it. You order and pay at the counter and then wait for the dishes at the table. I will be back to try other types of sandwiches.
