A cozy self-service pub. The home-brewed beer is excellent; the India Pale Ale called Wombat is especially recommended.

Excellent burgers in the center of Pisa. Let's start with the menu: there are all sorts of options, from vegan and dairy-free to meat burgers and a few fish options. The menu changes occasionally, but the quality and deliciousness remain the same. The beers are also excellent, craft, and there's something for everyone. In addition to the classics, some are seasonal. My recommendation is Gorgona. The place is charming, nestled between two of Pisa's main squares, and the service is excellent.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!! (calipso). Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a nice atmosphere.

Delicious sandwiches as always, with new proposals and special doughs. Ideal for a dinner - or after dinner - with friends, much appreciated the craft beers and alternative drinks (no coke). The only flaw, the waiting times are a bit long (45 minutes for a sandwich at 9:30 pm on weekdays)

A particular place in the center of Pisa! The menu offers many dishes with particular ingredients and different doughs with limited editions. Truly delicious sandwiches and potatoes, I didn't particularly like the peach stick with basil drops. Excellent quality/price, fast service.

Ottima selezione di birra artigianale. Luogo accogliente anche se troppo affollato (perfino nei giorni infrasettimanali). Buon cibo e buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Good beers but above all excellent sandwiches, including vegetable ones on request. I recommend the roasted potatoes as a side dish. Pub atmosphere in the center of Pisa.
