Somewhat hidden but spectacular place. Authentic Italian cuisine, the pasta is incredible... It is run by young Italian people and it is a very cozy place. It is well worth going if you are in the area. It's cheap and very good.

Gramignia: A trip to the most authentic Italy through pasta!
If you are a pasta lover and looking for an authentic dining experience in Rome, Gramignia is your place! This small restaurant hides a great treasure: fresh handmade pasta with top quality ingredients.
From the moment you enter, you are surrounded by a welcoming and familiar atmosphere. The menu is simple but tempting, with a variety of dishes that highlight the pure flavor of the pasta. I tried the gragninia ragù and what a delight! The pasta had a perfect al dente texture and the ragù was simply spectacular, with a meaty and flavorful sauce that transported you directly to the most traditional Italy.
What surprised me most was the quality of the ingredients. You can tell that they use fresh and seasonal products, and that is reflected in every bite. Also, the service could improve a lot.
In summary:
Pasta: Fresh, handmade and delicious.
Atmosphere: Cozy and familiar.
Service: It can be improved.
Price: Reasonable for the quality of the food.
My advice: If you want to enjoy authentic Italian pasta in Rome, you can't miss Gramignia! It is the perfect place to savor Italian culinary tradition in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
Have you tried Gramignia pasta? Tell me your experience!

Unbeatable price quality. Both the carbonara and the breaded chicken were delicious. Street food style food but quality!

Everything is very rich. The facilities are very basic, but part of the charm as well. Contained prices, pasta at its point. Highly recommended.

Hidden pearl in the center of Rome, a super informal place that uses only fresh ingredients with a menu that changes every day.
Truly a nice surprise, I've wanted to come for two years and I must say that it was worth it precisely because of the concept of the place which goes against the grain compared to the classic tourist catchers.

Delicious food in a particular setting a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo! We will definitely be back to actually try the carbonara too

Dolci espressi top. Ps.
