A very positive experience. The menu is entirely traditional, with a few revisited dishes. High-quality ingredients. Flavors are bold yet beautifully balanced. Raffaella was very kind (if I'm not mistaken) and very knowledgeable. A wonderful discovery. Gabriele thanks you for your hospitality!

Dinner with friends, a lovely place in the heart of Galleria San Federico, with an elegant atmosphere. We had an anchovy appetizer... good but nothing special; the plin (a typical dish) consisted of three good roasts... the suspicion remains that they're not artisanal but rather factory-made. The dinner concluded with truly excellent desserts. Good selection of wines. Very long wait between courses. Overall, a good restaurant, perhaps some courses were introduced with too much fanfare, creating expectations that were too high compared to reality. Prices are a bit high (tajarin with black truffle, €25). Price in line.

Credit cards are definitely accepted. 🍝Tajarin Truffle Egg Pasta + Jude Red Wine Tajarin truly lives up to its reputation. The egg noodles are incredibly fragrant, and the fusion of flavors with the truffles is truly captivating and delicious. It's best eaten hot to release the flavors. 💁‍♀️The service was attentive and patient. I loved the way the sparkling water was bottled; it looked so beautiful.

Caffè San Carlo

18/10/2025: One of Turin's most charming establishments, as well as one of Italy's first cafés. Caffè San Carlo boasts a historic location that every tourist should visit at least once, to immerse themselves in the elegant style that best represents Turin. Regarding the quality of the products, I personally would have expected something more to justify the high price: although both the Carla and the other pastries were very good, I didn't appreciate the strong buttery flavor typical of all the pastries we ordered, nor, at times, the lackluster pastry. The drinks were much better. Overall, a good experience, but I personally don't think it justifies the price.
18/10/2025: It’s an insanely good place. Right in the heart of Turin. Best Cornetto I’ve ever had and the coffee was sublime. The interior is superb.
