Always a Guarantee. Beautiful, elegant and characteristic place. Super top staff, fast, courteous, smiling, attentive to the customer and very professional. Kind owners, always available and attentive to customer needs, from cooking to service.
High quality cuisine and raw materials, seasonal products, menu always varied and full of proposals, even off-menu.
The gem is the dishes cooked at low temperatures where the flavors are brought out to the maximum. A culinary experience worth it!
I recommend to everyone.

Oggi ennesima riprova che il Gotha Restaurant rimane THE NUMBER ONE nella zona tra Martina, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Fasano ecc. Qui trovi l'eccellenza della cucina grazia alla grande professionalità dello Chef Angelo e la maestria del servizio di Michelangelo. Sempre il Top e nessuno può competere con loro. This evening we were guests of the elite, what can I say... cutting-edge menus with proposals based on local raw materials that are used and transformed in an excellent way, with the combination of elements that make the flavor unique.
Top service, well done all the girls, but credit goes to Michelangelo who coordinates everything (never a more appropriate name).
Well done, we will definitely be back

A pleasant surprise, in addition to the fast and very professional service, the dishes cooked excellently and presented in an enchanting way, the price so friendly and fabulous. Try tiramisu also for how it is interpreted!

Per l'ennesima volta sono ritornato, con grande piacere, in questo ristorante che si può definire senza ombra di dubbio il TOP. Ancora una volta lo Chef Angelo e Michelangelo hanno colpito ancora.
