A healthy food restaurant. The place is very nicely decorated. The service is fast and professional. They offer salads, soups and a few other dishes. My colleague ordered minestrone and the soup was very tasty with broccoli dominating. I ordered a salad that contained arugula, walnuts, spinach and grains. Although the ingredients were great, the salad was hard to eat because it was dry and tasteless. It lacked dressing and salt. If nothing else, serve it with lemon and olive oil so that guests can finish the salad themselves.

I absolutely love Good Natural Food! I discovered this gem on my second day in Catania, conveniently located next to my gym. The salads are delicious, made with fresh ingredients and generous portions that satisfy my big appetite. They also offer a fantastic selection of drinks; I particularly enjoy the coconut milk cappuccino and matcha. The cheesecake is simply delightful! The staff is incredibly friendly and polite, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is clean and has a great vibe. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for healthy, delicious food!
