An exhilarating experience, to say the least. The highest-quality ingredients and preparations, combined with the creativity, care, and passion of Chef Andrea, were exquisite. We thoroughly enjoyed every detail: the welcome with delicious focaccia and top-notch extra virgin olive oil; the menu with just the right number of options for each course; every dish was thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted, from the intriguing and humorous names to the appearance, presentation, and, above all, the unique flavor, sophisticated yet simple, with a perfect balance of notes and components. The kindness and expertise of the wait staff were top-notch. Among the dishes we ordered (and we'll be back to try the rest of the menu), the ceviche, tagliolini, and roasted octopus were top-notch, but the orecchiette "Wuthering Heights" were also absolutely noteworthy! In short, it's almost impossible to rank them! Thank you so much, you made it a truly special evening. Andrea personally assisted us with the presentation of some of the dishes, and it was a pleasure meeting him.

Small restaurant with an open kitchen. Excellent food prepared with passion, discreet and impeccable service. Compliments to the chef!! An experience to be repeated as soon as possible.

On entry we were immediately greeted by Chef Andrea by name. He was extremely helpful in helping us pick what we wanted to eat and then excused himself to the kitchen to start his preparations. All of our food was prepared very well with only small criticism of one dish which we did feed back to the Chef. Our total without wine was around 100 € which was ok considering the level of service and quality of food.

This restaurant is the best we've tasted in both Rome and Florence. The cuisine is different from any menu we've seen. Highly recommended for all foodies! Chef Andrea is exceptional, and Venus spoke to us at the end of the meal. The waiter, Mohammed, was also friendly and recommended an excellent wine pairing.

Superb menu but priced low. Two most personable staff present themselves in a most friendly way and round off this high quality experience. Seating inside or outside. You really need to go. Great food, just go.

Posto accogliente e intimo, piatti deliziosi e delicati, un ottimo equilibrio. Abbiamo iniziato con Maritozzo con carciofo alla romana, crocchette di baccalà a seguire con tagliolini con i gamberi confit, limone nero, e con gnocchi crema di parmigiano, mandorle tostate, scorza di lime, polvere di aglio nero, spettacolari. Per finire dolci accompagnati ciascuno da un liquore diverso, una super chicca! Vino ottimo e personale gentile, molto bello il fatto che lo Chef faccia il giro dei tavoli, per sapere come procede la cena. Un piccolo tesoro nel cuore di Monteverde. Torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati da Golino's Boutique Bistrot dopo il teatro. Il personale gentilissimo ci ha accolto nonostante l'ora tarda e ci ha anche suggerito dove parcheggiare. Io ho preso come antipasto le crocchette di baccalà mantecato con maionese al wasabi: buone le crocchette, ma il wasabi era assente. Mio marito ha preso il maritozzo e ha commentato "senza infamia e senza lode". Il piatto più venduto del locale è risultato essere un buon piatto di pasta al burro, ma i gamberi non davano alcun sapore aggiuntivo. Infine, il mio secondo, la tagliata: discreto e i dolci troppo dolci. Nell'insieme, piccoli errori in ogni piatto, ma l'esperienza abbastanza gradevole.
