We celebrated a baptism at Golino’s with the possibility of having a single table and the place all to ourselves.
The service was excellent and so was the menu that we had agreed with Andrea.
The wine pairings were also excellent.
Highly recommended and thanks again to Andrea for the hospitality in his beautiful bistro laboratory

Golino’s was absolutely incredible. With just 3 men taking care of the whole restaurant they were able to provide us with the highest quality of food and service we’ve received during our trip to Spain and Italy. Even with a busy restaurant the head chef found time to come outside and talk to us, really making our experience feel personalized and special. The wine recommendations and food were absolutely incredible and this restaurant gets a 10/10 in every aspect from me! The chef was kind enough to offer us some shots and dessert on the house. I’m definitely returning to Golino’s before I leave home and will be coming back every time I’m in Rome. - an american

You also have to be lucky sometimes. We were given a very friendly welcome by the chef. After intensive questioning, he cooked and served us a meal worthy of a 5-star restaurant. We suspect the chef used to work in one, because the food was fantastic. An absolute insider tip, inconspicuously hidden behind a bistro.
Many thanks to the staff; we will keep this dinner close to our hearts.

This place and the chef earned their 5 stars. Every bite was perfect, and the service was lovely. And they were very allergy conscious! Such a relief for a traveller with a severe allergy. Would recommend. Next time we're in Rome, we'll be going back.

Courtesy, refinement in the combinations of ingredients and flavors chosen with care, accurate service. Difficult to find in the old Monteverde neighborhood, but once you find it you can't forget it.

Posto accogliente e intimo, piatti deliziosi e delicati, un ottimo equilibrio.
Abbiamo iniziato con Maritozzo con carciofo alla romana, crocchette di baccalà a seguire con tagliolini con i gamberi confit, limone nero, e con gnocchi crema di parmigiano, mandorle tostate, scorza di lime, polvere di aglio nero, spettacolari.
Per finire dolci accompagnati ciascuno da un liquore diverso, una super chicca!
Vino ottimo e personale gentile, molto bello il fatto che lo Chef faccia il giro dei tavoli, per sapere come procede la cena.
Un piccolo tesoro nel cuore di Monteverde.
Torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati da Golino's Boutique Bistrot dopo il teatro. Il personale gentilissimo ci ha accolto nonostante l'ora tarda e ci ha anche suggerito dove parcheggiare. Io ho preso come antipasto le crocchette di baccalà mantecato con maionese al wasabi: buone le crocchette, ma il wasabi era assente. Mio marito ha preso il maritozzo e ha commentato "senza infamia e senza lode". Il piatto più venduto del locale è risultato essere un buon piatto di pasta al burro, ma i gamberi non davano alcun sapore aggiuntivo. Infine, il mio secondo, la tagliata: discreto e i dolci troppo dolci.
Nell'insieme, piccoli errori in ogni piatto, ma l'esperienza abbastanza gradevole.
