Golinos In Roma

Abbiamo adorato TUTTO: dal locale piccolo, intimo e tranquillo all’accoglienza calorosa e informale ma sempre elegante, passando per i nomi geniali dei piatti… e ovviamente i piatti stessi: sensazionali, un gioco continuo di tradizione e sperimentazione, sapori semplicemente fantastici. Lo chef Golino, poi, è un padrone di casa eccezionale. È stata la nostra prima volta qui, e non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

For me, a 4.9 average on google maps is really high, but this restaurant definately deserves this high value. The food is innovative, interesting, and combines flavours I have never had before. The service is amazing and the chef Andrea is friendly, engaged and interested in his customers. Lastly, it is a lot of fun to be able to watch the kitchen preparing the food. Only worrying thing is that, I, as a Dutch person, hope that I wasn't judged for the way I ate my pasta ;) I forgot to make pictures of the dishes, because it was already gone before I remembered to take one. However, the menu offers a good visual food reference. Would recommend people to eat here!

Attratti dalla cucina a vista prenotiamo in questo piccolo locale sotto casa, questa volta senza leggere recensioni… e troviamo un menù veramente interessante con piatti della tradizione rivisitati in maniera deliziosa. Che dire… tutto ottimo! L’unico dispiacere è stato di non potere assaggiare tutto. Torneremo sicuramente. Ciliegina sulla torta ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Gli spaghetti all’assassina danno dipendenza. Bravissimo Andrea e gentilissimo il personale di sala. Applausi

We arrived just as the restaurant opened, they immediately welcomed us and both the waiter and the chef were super close and treated us incredibly. We had a very nice conversation about pasta all'assasina. A place that I recommend for the quality of the food and the human quality and to which I will return if life brings me to Rome again.

Small bistro, sort of a one-man show, but really excellent food, very creative, tasty and well-presented. Definitely will be back!

My first visit was excellent. The chef also personally greeted our table and made sure everything was great at the end of the meal.

Finally an exceptional discovery!!! After a long time we managed to go to Golinos, what can I say really good food! A truly niche place because it offers particular dishes but with authentic flavors of well-executed Italian cuisine. Andrea, chef and owner, in addition to being a very good professional, is also very empathetic, exchanging opinions and impressions on the execution of his dishes....and more!! Well done to the whole team. Keep it up!!! We hope to see you again soon!!!!

The best restaurant we tried in Rome! Salute the chef! Pleasant friendly service and excellent food. I definitely recommend it!

We had high expectations for a celebratory night out while in Rome. Unfortunately, this place didn’t live up to the rave reviews for us (perhaps it was an off night). Service was extremely slow. All of our dishes were under seasoned (needed salt), and the duck dish arrived overcooked and cold. We left a bit underwhelmed.

Excellent, this tiny little restaurant, but with a cute little terrace And above all, really very good, original dishes, impeccable service, very clean. To do!
