Golden Star Ristorante Pizzeria In Armeno

Cercavamo una pizzeria vicino al nostro albergo perché troppo stanchi per fare tanta strada in auto. Abbiamo trovato un posto che definirei nella norma, senza infamia e senza lode. Ci ha serviti una cameriera gentile e sorridente. L'impasto della pizza per i miei gusti un pochino troppo dura da tagliare ma assolutamente mangiabile, buono il condimento. Abbiamo visto che il menu offre anche altri piatti ma non abbiamo sperimentato. Dessert discreti ma non estusiasmanti. Un po' di caos per uscire dal posteggio strapieno di auto ma vicino a ferragosto direi che può capitare. Prezzi decisamente contenuti.

Very nice surprise when coming down from Mottarone. We enjoyed the wine and the pizzas, thin crust and tasty toppings. Impeccable service.

The name doesn't do the place justice. We deliberately drove past the first few days. But when we decided to give it a try, we weren't disappointed. The place itself may lack a bit of charm, but you can bring it yourself and it's easy when the food and service are good. 1) large private parking lot (empty when we arrived and full when we drove) 2) sweet and friendly staff. One good at English, another not so good, but it all worked out. 3) the food was nice (spaghetti carbonara and gnocci) and we took a dessert with us. Delicious apple dessert with baked apple and delicious chocolate cake. And a huge stamp of quality for us. The locals came and ate. Then you are nearby and choose to turn in and eat there. We enjoyed it!
