I would say that it is the best pizza in all of Umbertide. Accompanied by excellent service and a rustic saloon-like environment.

23/02/2025: I have celiac disease and every time I look at the pizza in disbelief, because no matter how beautiful it is, I always think it's the one with gluten. But no. It's also excellent. I've been coming to this place for years and they get better and better at gluten-free pizza, every time I find it better. They are very helpful.
01/02/2025: Clean and tidy environment, just a little noisy, quick, punctual and welcoming service, obviously the strong point is the food, be it pizza or anything else, from starters to desserts, everything is very good and in more than adequate portions. Even palates accustomed to southern flavors will not be disappointed.

09/02/2025: After a beautiful Trek to Gengone, my 2 travel companions and I went to refresh ourselves in this restaurant in the center of Costacciaro, rustic, home-style cooking, a beautiful saloon-style wooden veranda, the interior with classic furnishings, clean and welcoming The staff is very helpful and kind, you feel at ease in this place The menu is varied, many raw materials are purely typical of the area, from truffles to game ragù, not to mention the local meats We tasted everything, the strong flavours, the homemade pasta, the cooking of the meat, everything was really good In the evening it is also possible to eat pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven The restaurant is located in an excellent position, close to the main artery, with a view of Monte Cucco Overall, we left very satisfied
