The quality of the fish was average, but not as excellent as some sushi restaurants on the island. What annoyed me was that on the Internet they talked about Italian/Japanese and Brazilian cuisine, but none of this, only and exclusively Japanese.

A terrace offers a captivating panoramic view of Mount Etna and the Ionian Sea. A minimalist-chic interior welcomes guests, with a mix of tables, comfortable sofas, and a bar. A beautiful panoramic elevator ensures a breathtaking view of the entire futuristic structure. A simple menu, including traditional Catania dishes, impeccably prepared, clean, and original, using seasonal and local ingredients. Delicious homemade breads, simple yet captivating. A comprehensive wine list, including Sicilian and international wineries, and an excellent selection of champagnes. The elegant, friendly, and helpful dining room staff made all the difference. Perfect value for money, obviously in line with the peers in the same sector.
