Gold Sushi In Forlì

A surreal situation and good food, which makes it all even more surreal. I walked in on a random Monday evening, I was out for work and hungry around 7:30 PM. Once inside, I noticed there was absolutely no one there, so I asked if they were open and they showed me a seat. The gentleman I spoke to was rather cold, but not rude, and after ordering, I grabbed a beer. Then the food arrived: I have to say, good quality, especially compared to what I would have expected given the completely deserted place and the unpleasant smell at the entrance. But, I repeat, good food, fresh fish. At this point, I wanted another beer, but there was no one around me, neither the manager nor the other lady who had been there when I arrived. I tried calling a few times to make them hear me, but no one came, so I grabbed the beer directly from the fridge where the first one had been taken out. After a while, the aforementioned gentleman arrived, and I explained the situation. He apologized, saying he was cooking, and added that I had done well to bring the beer. In short: a surreal setting and good food. If you want a different experience, literally, I think it's a good place.

Lunch break, and the place all to myself! The owners were truly welcoming and kind. The food was all freshly made and truly delicious! Recommended!
