We had dinner in this little corner of paradise hidden in a small alley in the province of Florence and we were pleasantly surprised by the goodness of the cuisine and the particularity of the dishes... a pork rib marinated in beer and a sort of fish broth on a carrot cream... it may seem strange to write it, but I assure you that the flavor is excellent, slightly sweet and sour that enhances the goodness of the meat and the flavor of the pork, excellently cooked. The appetizers are also exquisite, with its excellent cutting board and tartare, and the first courses with its excellent risottos. Good wine list. The quality/price ratio is fair... a dinner with appetizer, main course, water, wine about 40 euros... I would say fair, considering the goodness of the dishes and the right portion. Pleasant and professional service.

Già clienti del vecchio gola abbiamo provato subito all’esordio la nuova gestione. Super approvata! Dall’entree semplice ma che ti apre ad un percorso fatto di cotture a bassa temperatura alla pasta fresca di loro produzione. E come non dimenticare il burro chiarificato al timo che nel corso della serata ti accompagna tra una portata e l’altra. Bravi ragazzi!!
