03/02/2025: Best hotel in Florence. What a gorgeous hotel with amazing service in the heart of Florence. We were given the family room, a two story suite like room. It was amazing, beautiful and so comfortable. This is a terrific hotel with a very cool spa, the people were terrific and really went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. The door men were awesome helping with luggage, taxis, advice on restaurants. Overall 5++ this is certainly the best hotel in Florence.
15/01/2025: Hotel is really amazing, our experience there was wonderful, staff are very kind and concierge give us amazing suggestions to visit some places
