Located on the highway connecting Borgomanero to Novara, this small restaurant offers a good number of seats and excellent service, given the interest of those who answered the phone to reserve a table inquiring whether any of us had allergies or not—a fact that very few people do. As for the food, I ordered peppers in bagna cauda for an appetizer, spaghetti with squid ink with red mullet ragù and burrata, if I remember correctly, and finally grilled octopus tentacle. Average prices. Relatively quick service and excellent product quality. Special thanks to the waiters for their attentive and friendly service.

Truly an excellent experience! Quality food, excellent flavors, and generous portions. The service was impeccable, fast, and very friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and well-maintained. Highly recommended restaurant!

I returned here after many years and was extremely pleased to discover that nothing has changed: excellent local cuisine, genuine ingredients carefully selected and expertly prepared. The first courses offer a delicious array of dishes: tajarin, ravioli del plin, risottos, with a special mention for the paniscia novarese. The meat is made with carefully selected cuts and cooked in various ways. All this at more than fair prices and with the friendliness of the owners. In short, whether it's lunch or dinner, you won't regret it. Bravo!

A delicious festive lunch, with an à la carte menu. Excellent ingredients. Attention to detail. Classic cuisine with a few innovative twists, beautifully balanced in flavor. Impeccable and very friendly staff. I'll be back. The atmosphere is a bit cramped, but comfortable.

05/10/2025: I went on a Sunday evening. Besides the excellent piadinas, I also appreciated the warm welcome from the staff. I had a "delicata" piadina with a perfectly cooked hamburger, and a "Lorenzo" with a fresh and light flavor. Finally, I had a piadina with Nutella and strawberry topping, plated with a little cream. The flavor was delicious. The only piadinas in the area that are truly well cooked and served.

11/01/2026: A couple's lunch at this excellent restaurant. Despite being quite far from my place of residence, it was on our itinerary. The restaurant is very elegant, clean, chic, and welcoming. The staff is kind, courteous, and very professional, but also very helpful. The menu is excellent with a wide selection. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation are top-notch. We opted for the four-course "Geppetto" menu. Everything was truly exceptional, starting with the off-menu welcome aperitifs. All the courses deserve a more detailed explanation, but I'd go on too long. As for "sweet tooth," I'd recommend the zabaglione dessert served in a hot copper pan, as pictured. Truly surprising. Even the price, while certainly not cheap, perfectly reflects the quality/quantity of the dishes. I don't know when, considering the distance of about 150 km, but we plan to return as soon as possible. Full marks.
06/01/2026: A historic venue, but a bit dated. The service is discreet and very attentive. As for the wine list, it's excellent (all Piedmontese wines are there!). The food: excellent bagna calda (not inconsiderable price), the iconic dish of the president's agnolotti was a real treat, as was the zabaglione. Expect to pay around €90 for a €30 bottle.
